LighterLife Toffee Bar, High Protein Meal Replacement Diet Supplement with 25% of RDA Vitamins and Minerals, 4 x 46g Servings per Box

A nice satisfying bar, like all LighterLife products, that deserves the "meal replacement" tag.However, it was disappointing to find that all three boxes delivered on 10/03/2021 had a Best Before date of "End 01-2021" so they had reached their best over five weeks before they were dispatched.Whilst I realise that this is a Best Before, so it is not illegal to sell them as such, I do think that it is either poor stock management or sharp practice and that this shortcoming should have been flagged prior to dispatch.Had they been offered at a discount on the basis of the BBE date then there would be no issue but these were sold at the same price as "in date" stock that I received on another recent order.

Unfortunately like another purchaser on here, my box of these was out of date - BBE 01 2021. Didn’t notice until I’d eaten one but they seemed ok. I informed Amazon & they assured me they would check the stock!

My favourite treat. Just too expensive. £2.50 for a small Choc bar is crazy, but has to be done. Just a special treat

tasty bar,some I've tried are like cardboard,lighter life are very satisfying to eat.they don't feel like your eating a diet bar.
