Great idea. Easy to use. Plenty of space for all the information you need. Bought them to keep track of what my husband and mom take. Like the plastic part that laminates it.

As a nurse I wanted something for my wallet which would list my medications and emergency contacts but most stuff out there is flimsy paper. This is very impressive--the laminated portion lifts from the bottom so you can use a simple pen to list your information and then carefully press the laminated portion from top to bottom. Then it folds in 1/2 so it fits in any credit card opening in your wallet. A 3 year old can do this and it provides a nice ID option. No, it is not as thick as a credit card but is pretty sturdy and will hold up much better then the junk I've seen out there so far. I highly recommend!!

Don’t like that the cover sticks to the page, which makes it impossible to change prescriptions when needed.

you write anything down it's way too small not enough room!!!! and i received 50 total not 25 that's way too many..I tried to write things down but not enough Place!!! I mean you would have to write extra small. noot even enough space to write a full phone number down or names.

I love it and so did a few of my friends as well as my sister so I ordered more. Perfect size, great to attach to a form so you don’t have to type all your meds out. They make a copy and return your card. Efficient time saver.
