TennisGeek National Flag Tennis Dampener (3 Pack)

These dampeners do a great job at accomplishing their purpose, reducing the "ting-y" sound of thinner strings and racket vibration through the grip handle. They perform as well as any other "brand name" dampener that I've tried, and that is a whole helluva lot of them. I originally bought them as a fun complement to my new Babolat Pure Aero Stars & Stripes racket, but I've ended up being super happy with their performance too. Strong buy on this product.UPDATE: These have performed so well that I wanted to write a follow up after using them for a few more weeks. In the past, I have constantly had trouble with dampeners of all styles flying off my rackets. Not only has this dampener not gone flying off my racket, it has barely moved from its initial installed spot! Really impressed with the design here.

I was amazed that this wasn't just colored like the flag but there is texture, contours, and more attention to detail in the different portions of the flag. My 20 year old son is living overseas for two years in Argentina and this is a great reminder of him for my wife who plays tennis. I don't play, so I can't comment on how they actually work while playing. I can say that they are very high quality.

Although they came to me a little late (initially shipped to the wrong address), they look great in my racquet and perform well on the court. I love the fact that I can have my ancestry with me on the tennis court and they look original! The US flags look great as well. I may get myself a couple of them because these are so unique to the dampeners you see on other people's racquets.

Not as dampening as other dampners such as the pete sampras or the kimony nishikori dampeners. that's why i like these, you can still feel some vibration

They work well. Stars come off, and it has come off my racket twice in a few months. But I hit very hard and play 4 times per week so I can't complain. Looks very nice on my racket.

They look so great. However, nearly impossible to put on because of little rubber piece that joins front and back. We dug out that tiny piece on both sides and were then able to use the dampeners. I was determined to make it work.
