I had been looking for a new chair to do my freelancing work out of. My previous chair was fine for the task, but a recent hip surgery left me unable to sit in it for extended periods of time. Upon reading other reviews, I decided to order the 7018, and I couldn't be more pleased. Assembly was simple, and the chair is extremely comfortable. The largest selling point for me was the large, 22" depth of the seat, which gives my quad, femur, and hip ample support. I am now able to work for hours with ease and comfort.

The chair arrived perfect condition. Wasn't to difficult to build. VERY comfortable. Just be careful when leaning it all the way vertically, you can possibly tip over.

So far so good! It arrived on time and the chair assembly was the easiest one I've ever done! It took me just about 15 minutes to unpack it and put it all together, and the chair is solid! For a guy that weighs just over 300 lbs, that is a good thing! I have absolutely no complaints! I purchased this chair for work, and I have been sitting in the chair now for almost 12 hours, and I have no back or leg pain. Just Awesome!!!

Strong for back support!

Chair arrived as advertised. It seems to be built heavy duty and looks great. Took a little work to get it put together. A couple of the bolts going into the side of the chair have some fitment/lineup issues. But an hour or so later I had it assembled and working. I get lots of compliments on it. The price is entirely reasonable. A perfect product is 5-stars. Not sure a perfect product exists. But Id recommend this chair wholeheartedly.

I managed to pick this chair up via Amazon's Warehouse Deals listed as "like new" but with damaged packaging. First thing I did upon arrival was inspect the chair and box, and good thing I did. The listing said there was no scuffs or cracks in the chair. The base had scuffs all over one leg and the plastic covering on the lever had a large crack in it. Fortunately being just cosmetic damage I figured I'd just keep the chair and contact Amazon. Their staff was awesome and I managed to get a partial refund for the damage. So I was happy and assembled the chair.First off, this thing is quite heavy and feels solid. Minus the armrests I suppose. Despite being an Amazon discount deal everything was there in the box. However after a few days of use I may be returning this chair. The back frame of the chair looks like it may be slightly bent, something I didn't notice during my initial inspection. Also the seat terribly uncomfortable. The metal wings on the seat tend to force your legs together for those of us with wider bodies. I've tried using a blanket as extra cushion but it hasn't made a lot of difference. AKRacing makes a good chair, but some parts on it have me questioning if they might have cut corners on some parts of it like the cushioning. I have a foam pad coming in the mail I plan to see if it'll make any difference since I can live with the bent frame but if not this is going straight back.

This chair is very comfortable and extremely easy to put together. The movement of putting the chair up and down and the back rest back and front is very smooth. However I had to dock it 2 stars because the description stated the armrests are adjustable but they are not. Also, the chair was packed with little protection so the pillows were mishapened by the other pieces. Lastly, one of the arms had the inside plastic piece off. After trying to put it on the arm for a half hour or so, we realized that the pieces do not line up and were just dysfunctional. If these elements were corrected, I would think the chair is worth the price.

Overall the chair is a great deal at its price point. It is solidly constructed, and looks great. The pillows for neck and lumbar support are very comfortable and adjustable. Where the chair lacks is in the padding and arm rests. The padding isn't bad for shorter lengths of time, but does become slightly uncomfortable after a couple hours. The arm rests seem to be spaced a bit far out form the chair and a bit too far forward. When sitting at a desk and typing your elbows will be on the front most edge of the rests and spread quite far apart. Would definitely recommend buying a set of pads for them. I was able to drill a new set of holes in the arm rest mounts to move them in closer to the seat (i do not recommend doing this as it will most likely void any warranty on the chair).
