Don't buy!
Curved pieces are not one piece, additional wood added to it and have large cracks where they are mitered or stapled together. There is not one piece on supporting structure that does not have a piece of wood cracked or stapled that is holding. This was constructed from scraps of wood glued or stapled together and will not hold up to outdoor use! Company stapled a small broken piece of wood in and one slat was already warped. Worse thing we have ever purchased! Please see photos of several of the broken, defective, cobbed together pieces.update 9/24...give this company a shot..they took immediate care of all my problems within 2 days and the associate i dealt with was going to contact the manufacturer about my concerns and better packing of the items. they also have arbors from other companies that i sure are worth a try...i plan to reorder a different arbor in spring now...we live in albany ny so i will save one winters abuse of the new one. plumstruck was terrific thanks guys if you read this . mark in albany ny

Installed behind our pond and it looks great
Took a little bit of time to put together but it looks great over our pond. The color is very natural looking and our flowers like climbing on the sides. Would def recommend over the ones at the big box stores as I saw all in person before purchasing this.

Very nice !
Very nice quality, however one of the top pieceswas cracked. Instead of sending the whole thing backor even calling the company, husband just glued itand put it in the back so it would be hidden.

It looks better I person than in any of the photos. I did some extra supporting for additional strength. I'm sure the wisteria will love it if spring ever gets here.

Buyer Beware!
Be advised. The product was damaged when received. I included a few photos of the badly gouged wood beam and the broken curved piece.I'm not returning it. In any case, it's a beautiful arbor, with perfect dimensions, at a fairly decent price. Hopefully, some sanding, stain, and lots of wood glue should do the trick.I'll follow up with Part 2 after assembling and installation.
