It appears to be making a difference...I know the doctors have done nothing. this country only wants to treat the pain in knees and not help make better the condition...this with the fish oil seems to have reduced the stiffness I had been feeling so if this means that I will be taking these until something better comes along or I here of a better treatment from another country I will. I can't believe these doctors in america pushing for knee replacement and then tells you are to young so take a shot or injection that knowingly it will only temporary so they say see you soon. I admit this is new but you have to be diligent and take 3 times works for me now ...I will see in a few months because I am determined to heal and not just treat!

Actually works better than I expected, I'm usually not able to do heavy leg presses or squats now that I'm 55 yrs older, but this stuff has given me hope to go at it a little harder at the gym. Good stuff
