Love the shower and the look of it. But the review has lost stars because there is no way to contact customer service. Amazon has no contact info and even after emailing Rugus via Amazon -twice- I have received no response. Before my remodel can pass inspection I need certification that the shower is ASME certified!

The material has a luxury feel, and the product looks very expensive that it is comparable to the $300ish Delta or Moen products.Overall, very happy for purchasing this 3-piece shower system.

Looks great! Super easy to install the plumbing portion. HOWEVER, after just 2 weeks of being installed I had to replace. The rain head and arm has rusted terribly. Impossible to contact seller. I WOULD NOT recommend.

Lo uso para todas las casas que remodelo, con un buen subway tile y un tile de accent queda de lujo, recomiendo usar el shower rain, del cielo hacia abajo, se puede usar la misma extencion para que lo instales a la altura deseada...En resumen, recomendado y muy facil de instalar...

Looks good. Most of it works good. You do need to know where the finish wall will be. The shower arm leaks on mine because it needs to be tightened another 2/3 turns. Then that points my head up. Since I can’t tighten it all the way it leaks. I just ordered a new arm from another company that a brass piece screws in then arm slides on it with 2 set screws.

This shower system works well. It is compatible to my original plumbing system. The water is smooth and it has been providing me comfortable shower experience. Highly recommended.

this is a great item it does not look cheap it looks durable the price is pretty good. I a little of a hard time installing it but it finally came about. I really like it but I notices when I installed it that it was missing one of the flange (I think that's what its called) It the hardware that covers the hole from the wall and attaches to the arm of the shower head. I tried to contact the seller but I dint see a way to. If the seller can send me that part I would be completely happy.

Exellent shower... it actually feels like rain. Its made of non magnetic stainless steel and brass. The quality is better than expected and packaged really well. I can't express how happy I am with this purchase. Home Depot and Lowes don't have anything even close.

I’m disappointed the hose is defective and leaks water.the seal on both end leaks.
