Felicia Organic - Buckwheat Penne (Pack of 6)12 Pack

Felicia Buckwheat pasta is hands down the best gluten free pasta but pricing needs improvement. It maintains texture, takes on the flavor of the sauce beautifully, and even is delicious eaten the next day. No falling apart like the rice/corn pastas. It is fabulous and no other pasta comes close. It is five star quality but I give it four stars because I feel $4.00 for 8 ounces of pasta is a high price. I buy it in the hope that by creating demand for the product, the price will eventually fall. Makers of gluten free products need to get a reality check on price. I've seen this brand with a 12 ounce box. Why was that discontinued? Why not offer a 16 ounce box? And why is the price not discounted if I am buying six boxes at once?

This buckwheat pasta is seriously great! But it used to come in 12 oz boxes. Now, it's only 8 oz! This means I have to use 2 packages and have leftovers, instead of one package. It also means that the price was raised significantly because there is now only 2/3 of the amount that there was before!Felicia Bio, please bring back the 12 oz boxes. I don't think people will purchase this as much with such a small box -- and less sales will mean less profit in the long run. I hope you will consider my request! Thank you.

My son's dietician wants him to eat more iron containing grains. We switched from brown rice pasta to this. (I was worried about too much arsenic in the rice pasta anyway.) It definitely looks and smells different than the rice pasta and I was pretty sure my son would reject it. Surprisingly he loves it! He prefers it to the rice pasta. It has 15% of the RDA for Iron which is higher than most products and it seems to be natural to the grain, rather than enriched. And it's Organic and Gluten Free.

I have a sensitive stomach so rice, beans, and wheat are a no go for me. You have to cook this one for longer or its too chewy but if you cook it right it taste very good and you can barely tell the difference. My 8 year old loves it.

My favorite pasta. Love that there's only one ingredient. Great texture and flavor.Even when I over-cook it on accident, it's still great. Most GF pastas become one giant noodle when accidentally over-cooked. This does not!

If you are gluten free and like pasta this is a good substitute. It doesn’t turn to “mush” wen you cook it like a lot of other brands.

Nice to have other options other than just Spaghetti style, love using this with white sauce made with olive oil, white wine, garlic, sheep milk parm and anchovies..delicious.

I LOVE this stuff (especially since I have an apparent wheat allergy according to allergy test) and couldn't find it any stores in my new town. So glad I can order it online, but wish they had bigger boxes of it!
