During my teenage, when i was suffering from some major health issues, my parents decided to take me to a good doctor who will obviously charge good fee as well. But my grandmother strictly told us to stay at home and trust her with her remedies.She then told me that there is no disease that cant be avoided or cured by healthy and nutritional lifestyle. Well she wasn't wrong. Overtime i got better and since then i NEVER lose the track of my health.I love collecting these health related books andThis author is my new favorite. I have almost all her books in my collection.Writing style is simply awesome along with really great knowledge. Thanks for bringing such good book.

Amazing book 📚
This book is an amazing collection of various articles and suggestions which can be implemented in our daily life and it can also help in shifting towards the healthy lifestyle.I would appreciate the author for helping people though her insightful books and it is definitely deserving. The language is reader friendly along with precise explanation without any unnecessary exaggeration.There are so many things that people wouldn't have known till now but this book proves to be a mind changer. The cover is so pretty and colorful along with carefree title. Loved it...!!

Internet is loaded with articles related to weight maintenance and a healthy lifestyle but being a reader when I came across such a book I thought to just pick it out of curiosity but I didn't expect anything. When I read this, I became speechless as to how impeccable it was. There was no. Of myths related to foodstuff and fats. There are 10 foods suggested for no. Of benefits. It has something for hair, skin, and weight loss. Also, the language is so easy to catch and it is ideal for those who are only content or article readers. Overall I loved this book.

Some books create such a space in our heart that it doesn't fade ever. However, we often add fictional or non fictional books in this category which leaves a permanent imprint but then you come across a healthy lifestyle guide book that becomes so dear to you that you never really want to put it aside."Eat So What" is an impactful work which revolves around some smart and healthy ways to stay physically and mentally fit .Be it related to fat, fibre, skin or any other metabolic stuff, everything is mentioned in this book that too with so much precision and visual aid which makes the reading experience even more surreal.The cover is also quite vibrant and chosen pretty well. One should certainly pick this up if one wants to maintain high fitness levels.

Amazing and helpful book
This book is so good and suggests different ways to stay fit and healthy. We know that eating habits these days is so unhealthy.Even when we want snack, we only think of noodles, fries, or any other carbs rich food.Its not just a want, but a need to shift our eating habits to a healthy one or else we won't be able to stop our body to get diabetic or thyroid prone.I have read almost all the books of the author and i really admire her initiative to share the health related stuff and each every book has something unique to offer the readers.

Book read by everyone
This book is written by La Fonceur and as the title says, it discusses some healthy and smart ways to stay fit.Health these days is declining constantly and we should focus more on our wellbeing. Thanks to the author for sharing her great knowledge and ways that can be followed easily to achieve dream health.Her writing skill is really great but explanation is very short. It could have been a great guidebook if it was written with more insights and depth.Nonetheless, i admire the author for her efforts.My favorite chapter was the one where smart ways to lose weight over time without any specific dieting. Loved it..!!
