This product helps me to remove the earwax without pain. It is soft and easy to operate. Nice!

It didn't really do what I wanted it to do. The heads are too soft and don't really work well. Unfortunately, you can't go any harder or you will damage your ear. The product isn't faulty, it's just that the premise behind the product doesn't really work. It would only work if the wax was right on the outside. But then again, if it is on the outside, then you can just get it out with a Q-tip (I know, I know, doctor's don't recommend Q-tips at all) or a tissue. So no need to buy this product. And if the wax is really in there, this product doesn't really get it out because it can't go in that far without damaging your eardrum, so you'd have to see a doctor anyway.

I generate a lot of earwax, and so must go to my ENT to have the wax removed from my ears every three to four months to keep my hearing aids from generating feedback. I was very leery about ordering these, but for the price I decided to give it a try. These have turned out to be surprisingly effective at finding and removing wax, while causing no discomfort whatsoever.

Don’t waste your money. These silicone ear pieces for the cleaner are too soft and just bend instantly instead of getting in your ear. I ended up ordering another kit, which is much better and what’s used at dr office.

DONT BUY THIS! The idea is great but the execution is poor, so you'll be better served by finding one a higher quality one. This is garbage. The big issue with it is that the plastic base to the tips are poorly made and have jagged relics from the manufacturing process. This means that when you spin the tool in your ear, these tips scrape against your skin in a painful way. Overall I would not buy it again and can't in good conscious recommend anyone else does either.

Garbage! Do Not Buy! They only further compact your earwax until you really can't hear. I tried several times with different tips and nothing came out, yet it managed to push the wax into my ears instead. Yes, I followed the instructions very carefully. I had also bought a 2nd set for someone else. He also got nothing using it. Wasted money.

This product didn’t work for me. Concept seems logical but it didn’t reach my earwax which was a bit further in, too short of a reach for an adult. The workmanship was not refined, the screw attachment had rough burrs which had to be filed down to make them smooth otherwise scratched & irritated ones ear opening. I thought it was a waste of money which isn’t sanitary to send back since it’s been in my ear.. I will just take a lost on this concept.

Ok so there's 16 tips included right... SoIs there 4 tips per person?If there are different tips whats differentiates them?You can’t remove the tip without touching the end that was just loaded with wax and its a pain to remove.How do you clean them? soap and water? alcohol? The instructions are worthless and don't answer anything.
