Cute towel, but I ended up returning because it seemed pretty thin and not a really good quality

I bought this towel as a beach towel for my daughter and the reviews are correct, it is very thin material. She loved it, so I thought she could lay on it at the beach. Fast forward a few weeks and I was looking to buy pool towels for our home and a friend recommended some microfiber towels on Amazon. I read the reviews, many of which said they couldn’t possibly be absorbent. However, there is one great review where a man received the towels and wet himself in the sink to see how absorbent the towels were, and they were great. I ordered the towels and as soon as they arrived I tried and they were fantastic. I tried on this towel and sure enough, amazingly absorbent! My daughter has been using this towel at the river, in the pool and at home and it has really great absorbency. The best part is, as a family 7, we can carry all our beach stuff, including 7 of these towels in one bag. And I can wash a million of these at once and drying and folding is a snap. Of course my daughter loves the unicorn! This is an all time favorite birthday gift for sure!

I should have read microfiber in the title. That's my fault. It is definitely not good to use at a pool. It holds in all the water so you can't dry yourself with it. Do not use for swimming.
