I didn’t like that I got a little card telling me to scan and I would get 2 years warranty and 20 cash back. I want to get those things but it was very frustrating what I had to go through. You said I had to write a review right now. Well I just opened the package. I have know idea if I will like it or not. I will try to come back and change my review from 1 star after I see what it is like. My review in no way reflects the quality of this product. My review reflects the way you pushed me into reviewing it just to qualify for the warranty.Adding to this review. The instructions were very poor. They didn’t really tell you any information. Then today going through my emails I found an email telling me how to use the thing. No warning that I should watch for an email about it. I have been using it just to see if it worked and the instructions said do not use until fully charged by plugging it up first. Thanks for instructions that are late. Not happy with this product support. Not sure about the product yet.

Impressed with the quality, Feels solid and durable. It tries to solar charge itself even when there is little bit of light, charging faster when in direct sunlight as it will have more charging wattage, I believe it is due to the quality solar panel. I’ve had low capacity power bank that only charges iPhone for one cycle and done, with this I’m able to charge my iPhone XS twice and iPad once and still some charge left. I like the wireless charging option , I’m using it when doing outdoor garden work. LED light is very bright and being helpful and handy in the event of light needed. Using it more than anticipated.

I bought this device among a few other solar chargers to test and pick the best one. This device is pretty good, but does have some flaws. I have been running LEDs on highest setting in about 80F room and the output ports portion of the device became quite hot. It might be ok when used at night when it gets colder. The LEDs are pretty bright, so that would explain it. The solar charging works as it should, although I did not benchmark the charging speed yet from solar.Another drawback is that wireless phone charging doesn't support fast charging (at least it did not fast charge my Galaxy Note 10 Plus). But regular charging works well.Therefore, I duck 2 stars: one for device getting pretty hot, and second for not supporting fast wireless charge. Some of the other devices I bought and tested did not get hot and supported the fast wireless charging mode.

the lights are bright, it charges wirelessly (go for perpendicular placement on the lightning bolt if you can, that seems to work better for me), and it looks and feels rugged enough to take a few hits. the power button on mine is a little wobbly and i worry that one day it'll fall off or melt or something but it does what it's supposed to do. HOWEVER, the solar charging aspect (which i bought this for specifically), is finicky and apparently only for 300 mAh, assuming you get it to work at all. huge disappointment on that front.if you're looking for a hefty, rugged battery to charge your smaller devices with, this does that. if you want straightforward solar charging, look elsewhere. also don't charge tablets with this if you want to pull off multiple charges. the battery was 75% according to the indicator and managed to charge my ipad up to about that same percentage before stopping. solar didn't appear to help at all despite being in direct sunlight.

The charger is very well built. Nice and solid design. It is bigger than I had imagined it would be. Unfortunately, I can't take photo with my iPhone on it with my iPhone, so I cannot provide a comparison. It has a battery level indicator and a charging indicator on the reverse side. The USB ports are illuminated, which is a nice surprise, and the bonus flashlight is nice and bright. More than bright enough to change a tire on a dusty highway. I will be throwing this in the car for every family trip.

This thing feels like it's a brick. The power is so dense in it... I've seen other writeups about it talking about it taking forever to charge with solar power, and I'm sure that's right. I'd highly recommend charging this for a full day before taking it out camping. Having said that, it's got plenty of power to charge most phones several times over. Add in the trickle charge that you'll get from solar, and you'll probably have juice for a week.Something else that my family loves, is just sitting a phone down to charge it. This gives you a truly wireless solution. We keep it charged up in my house and just sitting around, that way anyone needing a boost can push the side button to turn it on, then drop their phone on the wireless charger, away we go!I will add that if you keep a case on your phone, the wireless charging could be hit or miss. My sister has an iPhone 11 and it wouldn't charge through her case, but my dads Otter Box charger did allow wireless charging. With anything, YMMV, right?

Update:Wireless charging failed after a month. Disappointing.Original:I really wanted to get a solar charger for my go-bag. I was drawn to this one based on the size of the battery in it. Wireless charging is awesome so I have one less cable to pack and keep track of.I had to read instructions on how to turn on the light (you double tap the power button to turn on/off and single tap to cycle through various brightness settings). The unit does have the exact power outputs for each USB port directly on the charger so there is no guessing which is 1A (port 1) and which is 2A (ports 2 and 3). I'm impressed overall. This is a great product but beware that the seller includes a slip of paper to offer money in exchange for a review.

Product is good. Country of origin is US but product is made in China.
