Exactly what I needed and as described.
Received the same item that was displayed. This is being used as a spare so was not concerned about the pin stripes being there or not, but they were there. Edges of wheel were a bit scuffed up but again, not an issue for me. It did come with the cap and valve stem, all in all very happy with purchase. I did not give it 5 stars due to the scuffing even though it didn't really bother me but it wasn't perfect so there you go.

Not a great deal
I took this rim with a brand new tire that I had purchased to two separate tire guys local to me only to find out it would take massive amounts of weight to balance it, too much to be comfortable with.

Wheel is crooked, will not balance. Made in China
Took rim and Carlisle 6H04621 Radial Trail HD Trailer Tire - 225/75R15 117M to tire shop. Rim is so crooked tire/wheel will not balance. Rim has more than 1/4 inch runout. Balance machine said rim needs 7.5 ounces to balance. That is almost 1/2 pound of weight. Product description does not disclose product is made in China.

Pin stripes are nice also!
Met my expectations for a spare wheel, fit perfectly and even came with a dust cover for the bearings which I had lost. Pin stripes are nice also!
