Too watery and soggy
Cannot used it as jam on bread. It's too soggy like liquid not to mention molds can accumulate within one week even when refrigerated, all in all a piece of garbage with expensive shipping and more tha 1 week of waiting.

Lacked in flavor
It did not taste much like jack fruit. Traditionally we use a form of unbleached cane sugar to make ours and that for some reason enhanced the fruit's flavor. This one did not.
