The shoulder braces are too small in size medium. Nowhere in the ordering info did it give size options or instructions how to measure.

I slouch alot so I thought to order this for myself. Tried it once so far and felt a noticeable difference. It definitely forced me to straighten my posture. It states to wear it for only 15-20 minute intervals the first few years and increase gradually so let's see how it continues. Based on the first try, it's simple to wear and seems effective.

It a very conformable shoulder corrector to straighten up. It keeps my posture straight and relieve back pain. It really great posture corrector with excellent materials. It is also easy to put on and easy to adjust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for back and shoulder support.

You need both for the proper posture. Easy to wear and very comfortable. The straps are adjustable to fit perfectly. I’d recommend it to anyone that once to have better posture and stop having back pain.

I have had constant discomfort in my back in the T11 area. I sit a lot at work and that activates my back discomfort. I’m 6’3 and 180 pounds I have been able to combine this with stretching and my back feels 80% better is just a few days. I don’t like wearing it all day, it’s not uncomfortable but it’s worth it. it really helps!

I'm really glad I bought this. I like to hike 6 to 10 miles. Around half way i start hunching. This is obviously a problem. This did the trick. Helped with my posture. I did feel the same back and shoulder pain when I was done. The other great part are that it folds up small so it tucked into the pocket on my leggings . Its fabric so no issues when I washed it after it got all sweaty. I sort of wish I had gotten this a long time ago.

I bought this because I was offered to try the product for free in exchange for a review. However, I never got reimbursed. At first I liked the product but after few uses, it wouldn't stick properly anymore and kept on popping up. It's also not very comfortable under the arms. I wouldn't recommend buying this.

Very comfortable. I can adjust to fit perfectly the body position. Material is good and seems durable enough for long use. I can use it for hours without fatigue. I can feel the difference just after a few days of use. Give it a try!

I have a 5 month old baby and my back is very hunched by brest feeding her.This helps for my shoulder pain, and I like to have this so tight!! So that effect my back immediately.Awesome 👌!!!

Straps are not very comfortable, I didn't find that it helped with my posture at all. If I tightened it, I would lose circulation in my arms so I had to have it a bit more loose than needed and defeated the purpose.

I'm using the strap because I have a broken collarbone. Its does what its supposed to but I've only had it a week and the velcro is not sticking anymore. Gonna have to use a safety pin to keep it tight.

Simple, easy, effective and economical to correct my posture. I noticed myself that my posture was really bad from working at an office for the whole day. I tried this posture corrector and it is easy to use and effective.
