These work excellent for coyotes, I live in the sticks where over a dozen+ coyotes singing their hearts out was common up to four months ago when I first installed these units. They no longer sing at night as they most likely perceive them for bobcat eyes, it freaks them out, the uncertainty of whether a level one predator is present and ready to take them out. Highly recommended, haven't lost a chicken since.

We have been having a rough year with ticks in our yard, I even ended up with Lyme Disease 😕 I figured getting the deer to stay away might help on top of the spraying we get done monthly so I gave these a try and I am sooooooo impressed with how well they work. One night while taking out the trash I even witnessed them work. I have motion sensor trail lights at the back of our property in the woods and I saw the furthest one go on and I saw a deer walking towards our yard. But instead of continuing I saw him freeze when he saw these red blinking lights (which I mounted at 4ft specifically for deer) and he let out two warning calls to tell his friends to stay away and then turned and ran away!!!! Since putting these up 3 weeks ago I have only found one tick on myself and none on the rest of the family and that was while cutting down a tree. Prior to that we were finding many more and there wasn’t a day we went out that we would be tick free. Now thanks to these we are enjoying our yard again! I am going to get a pack for my parents now

Raccoons (although cute) are like little four legged BULL DOZIERS and they tear up things like no critter on earth. They have destroyed items in my barns, gotten inside the engine compartments on my pickups, cars and invaded my chicken coops.I tried a lot of “tricks” and devices to keep them out but NOTHING WORKED until I bought 8 of these Lycoming flashing lights. The twin “eyed” red lights must look like demons in the night to raccoons and scares them away.I liked my first package of eight flashing “twin-eyed demons” so much, that I bought 8 more to put in the creek on our ranch, just to divert raccoons and coyotes further away from our house and barns.End result, no raccoons, no coyotes - just little red demons working the “NIGHT SHIFT” and doing a great job.

Seems to work fine. Not sure how much it helps vs having 3 dogs. I haven’t lost any chickens, but when we started getting skunks and foxes visit the front porch I order these. My only complaint is that the charge doesn’t last all night, and it is sunny where I live. When I leave for work at 5:30 am they are no longer on...but predictors are still out in the early morning.

This product did nothing to deter our skunk issue, even with 6 of them strategically placed.

I loved them.Worked great, easy activate, came on at dusk.Placed all in one place for best sunshine and first night, Coming home wife upset with red lights even though bought to protect her flowers from deer and rabbits.Proved effective, but had to return for domestic tranquility.I had thought they were motion activated, but they are constant on.

If you're trying to keep deer away, dont bother. Also, about 3 months after installing, 2 of the 8 that I bought stopped working.

I bought these to keep the coyotes away from my property because I have two small dogs above the third night that I have these I caught on film in the middle of the night I coyote walking right up to the fence where one of these was attached
