but as soon as my feet and hands get a little sweaty it's like trying to practice on ice
I've taken 2 yoga classes with this mat. The mat won't slip from it's location on the floor, but as soon as my feet and hands get a little sweaty it's like trying to practice on ice. I couldn't concentrate in my class, my hands and feet kept slipping all over the place.

A lot more comfortable than my living room floor
I cannot say I am in to doing yoga, however when it comes to exercising in my living room, well my carpet is not the softest and greatest on my knees and arms. The first thing I noticed about this product would be the length, this yoga mat is 72" long, and I am 5' 6" so this works out perfectly for me, with some extra room to spare. This mat is also 24" wide, which for my living room that does not have much space, works out very well also. So is this mat comfortable? I personally think so, especially compared to my living room floor. This mat definitely feels a lot more comfortable on my skin, which will help with staying in positions longer than I normally do. Another plus, which works well for my apartment, this yoga mat rolls up and has a handle for carrying, so easy to store until I need to get it back out again. Overall, this is a good quality mat and works well in my situation. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion
