Good Faucet. - For install, I recommend you have a basin wrench
Good Faucet. Not much to say that the picture doesn't convey, but it feels good to the touch and to use.Two warnings:1) The chrome portion of this is a SMUDGE MAGNET. And it will get smudged every time you use it because you have to push the handle down on the chrome portion. Or you could be neurotic like me and pinch it from the sides and push it down. But you'll have to clean it often, if not daily.2) For some reason, the hex nut that is provided to secure the unit is small and not elongated like most faucet assemblies. So in order to tighten, I highly recommend you have a basin wrench handy.

Water spots, collects dirt.
The chrome on the top and handle always show water spots. The recess where the handle attaches always collects dirt. If I hadn't sold my condo, I'd have replace it eventually.
