Excellent Cables
Honestly there is not much in-depth reviewing to be done with a SATA Cable.... It is mostly about whether they work, or don't, connector types, etc...So here goes. These are SATA III (6GB/s)cables. They are only 300MM (11.8 Inches) not the standard 500MM (~20 Inches) So make sure they will be long enough.I purchased 6 of these. I am using them in my Home Theater PC setup as my case is fairly jammed with hard drives so these should reduce the amount of hassle in getting them connected to my motherboard. I had 5 drives in my PC and just added a 6th, so I decided make routing the cables a bit easier by using this style cable... I went ahead and swapped out all my Sata III cables for these and they work just as well as the Silverstone Tek Sata III cables they replaced. (I stick with Silverstone Tek cables since of the hundreds I've used none have been DOA or went bad on me and the pricing isn't terrible)It does appear that they are able to bend quite a bit and it does not appear to impact their performance. I did not see any speed loss from my drives (even my SSD) when switching to these cables. It does not appear to impact anything but the cables are 30AWG (Most others are 26AWG (very slightly bigger wire size)) They are extremely flexible and appear to be high quality. So to sum it all up, these are a great option for tight spaces. They are a bit more expensive than some other high quality cables, but you can't go wrong if you are dealing with space issues. So I gave this 5 stars since they work for the niche market they are filling (the very space constrained cases market)The Quality for the price is good so I couldn't justify dropping a star for that...I will be uploading a video review on these soon and I will update this as I do a bit more testing on the cables....My Current Setup:Case: Silverstone Tek GD-08SSD of OS/Programs: SAMSUNG 840 256GB 2.5 SATA IIIPower Supply: Corsair AX760i (Fully Modular)Motherboard: AsRock z87 Fatal1ty ProfessionalCPU: Intel 4th Generation Haswell Core i7 4770KMemory: Crucial Ballistix Very Low Profile DDR3, 4x8GB (32GB total)Optical Drive: LG Blu-Ray Reader/DVD WriterVideo Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650-Ti SSC 1GBCPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer Pro Rev 2Storage Drives: 5 Western Digital Red 3TB Drives

Great For Large Graphics Cards
After upgrading my graphics card to a 3 slot card, 2 of the SATA ports on my motherboard became inaccessible due to the thiccness of the card. The low profile connectors on these SATA cables allowed me to use all of my SATA ports again. While the build quality seems fine, the cable is very thin. I have not had any issues with it, but I would limit the number of bends and insertions as it doesn't seem as strong as generic SATA cables. The cable is shorter than most SATA cables (which in my case was perfect), but make sure to measure for your setup. Additionally, the blue color of the cable is kind of ugly, but in my case you can only see them with the back panel off so it doesn't actually matter. If you can see your SATA cables in your case, I'd recommend spending the extra couple of dollars for the black version of this cable.Overall, this cable does exactly what it is supposed to. No issues with connections and speed is the same as any other SATA III (6GB/s) cable. If you have SATA ports that are being blocked by a large graphics card or something else, this is the best solution to get those ports back.

Saved my pc build
I got a big graphics card, and I could not plug in my SSD to the sata port on my motherboard, and I found this cable and it work great! It’s nice and low profile

Very slim and works as expected
Pros:+ Small and flexible, even though it looks rigid and brittle.+ Works as expectedCons:- Very short, make sure you measure the size you need about 8 inches- The angle of the SATA socket is bad, it is in the incorrect position, make it take up other ports as the cable protrudes on the thin side of the header.

Fits great under a big GPU
After upgrading from a GTX 780 classified to an even bigger GTX 980 Ti Lightning I needed to change my PC case to a HAF XB Evo just to fit the GPU. The GPU blew the budget so I was continuing to use my older m-atx Z-68 motherboard and i5 2500k. The new GPU now fit in the new case but covered two of my six SATA ports on the MB which were needed. These Silverstone are exactly what I needed to finish the upgrade build. I wasn't sure how the 90° lateral cable design would work for both MB ports with how close the ports are to each other on the motherboard. The twin flat cable design allows enough flex to slightly bend one cable left and one right around the SATA connector next to it and the minimal height profile fits perfect in the tight space under the GPU. The cables seem to be constructed very well and are working great. I have use of my 3d Bluray burner and additional hard drive again.

Useless to most people, but absolutely essential in some circumstances
These cables are rather expensive for SATA cables. This is why I don't recommend that normal people buy them. However, in some circumstances, they are REALLY REALLY useful. These are admittedly rather niche circumstances, but still. They are useful whenever you have a motherboard or case design that makes standard SATA cables not fit on either end. In my specific case, I use a SuperMicro X10SL7-F, which has 8 SATA ports in a built-in SAS HBA. Unfortunately, if you install a large GPU in the only PCIe x16 slot, the GPU will cover those SATA ports. Standard SATA cables would not fit with the GPU installed.Rather than remove the GPU, I opted to buy several of these cables. This was a bit expensive, but it was significantly safer and easier than trying to install a PCIe extension and attempting to mount it elsewhere in my case.Fortunately, most motherboard manufacturers are smart enough to not make this kind of scenario happen anymore, but for those unusual situations, these cables are a lifesaver.

How All SATA cables should be
This is a great low profile SATA cable. Wish they all looked like this.

slim profile allowed for a perfect fit
my b450 d3sh is a notoriously bad motherboard for the sata placement and my motherboard was bending due to the regular sata connectors, these worked perfectly and allowed my triple slot three fan gpu to fit without forcing my sata ports to bend. if there was anything I wish was improved upon on these is the cables, they feel strong just are a little thing and the plastic is strong but doesn't like to bend. besides that these are a must have fir any compact pc build!

Perfect cables for when space is limited
Recently, I wanted to add two SSD drives to my NAS and found two more of the standard, thick and inflexible SATA data cables to be more than the tiny InWin IW-MS04 4 bay ITX NAS case could bear.I started looking for thinner SATA cables and found these from Silverstone here on Amazon. What a lifesaver! The photo tells the story - the bundle of blue wires are the four SATA data cables from the case's disk bay backplane.Try getting four of your average SATA cables, plus two more for the SSDs in the same space! The fact that the wires exit the SATA plugs at the side is really helpful when height above the motherboard's SATA sockets is restricted. In this case, they were the only thing which allowed me to fit the extra fan under the hard disk bay. These cables are far from cheap, but they are worth every penny when there simply is no room for your average cables. The cables in the photo are 300mm long and are the perfect length for this build. The shorter length helps to save space as you don't have to start folding up the excess cable that there would be with standard cables. The end result is lots of space saved and better airflow through less obstruction. In short, expensive cables that just cannot be beaten in a really tight build.Great product!
