Good radio with clear sound. Still sounds as good as the day I got it!

Well it's came with a cracked screen and they shipped another one and got it within 2 days.

***Update****Speedy response, direct snd decisive action. 5 star customer service!Received product from the seller As a Christmas gift for my son Schedule for it install today Just to find out the product did not work. At this point I Assume the product cannot be replaced before Christmas. is there anything can be done, Not only about the faulty product but the money lost that I had to pay for the install? I obviously can only give one star for the service thus far but will gladly change My rating And give raving reviews for raving customer service.

Works sounds good but it changes back and forth beeping and sometimes you can't go to display for stereo blue tooth 😔

This is installed in a 2004 Silverado with factory Bose and it definitely does the job as far as upgrading your factory unit simple plug and play, I like how it does have a camera connection. I did rush purchasing this and didn’t realize it was not CarPlay compatible but it’s not a turn off. It is worth the money and does give you plenty of room to play with the sound and overall appearance. If your simple and not looking for much but are able to adjust the settings as you please then this radio is for you

The unit looks nice and the built in amp sounds good with the Alpine 6.5" speakers in my son's 99 firebird.The touchscreen is absolutely terrible. I calibrated the screen multiple times to no avail. It is almost unusable. The hit boxes are consistently above the on screen buttons, and it's a miniscule hit box at that. I've experienced better touchscreens on $100 generic Chinese tablets.I have a pioneer Avh-x490bs in my Ram1500 and it's touchscreen works great.Also, I could not get the backup camera to work. I tested for hours and I know it was wired properly. I've installed several cameras and never had issues until I tried this unit.And beware of the flimsy antenna connector... It broke while I was gingerly inserting the included antenna adapter. I had to solder it back on...Terrible unit imo. I would not buy again.No way.
