I waited to write my review until after I'd used the thread. I've been sewing masks and needed to stock up and wanted a variety of colors because, TBH, even though I've been sewing with my machine for a few years I don't have any actual training and I'm far from a professional, aka I can't sew straight to save my life, haha. So, I like to match the thread with the fabric as much as possible so my lack of skill is less apparent. This thread is PERFECT for that.The colors are beautiful, the thread is strong enough to sew medium weight non-stretch fabrics (haven't tried it on anything else yet), and I haven't had any issues with excessive shedding from the two spools I've used. It is clear to me that this thread is fuzzier than the more expensive stuff, a quick visual comparison makes that obvious, but it's not a deal breaker for me because I do not expect the same quality from thread that is less than 1/2 the price. As such, I have been checking my machine between masks and removing any built up fuzz as a precaution, but I haven't noticed that there is significantly more than there's ever been. Based on some of the negative reviews I do recommend keeping an eye out for that and cleaning it out frequently to prevent build up. I've only used two colors, and only used it as the top thread, haven't used it as bobbin thread yet. So far I haven't had bunching, no skipped stitches, and haven't noticed any unevenness or lumps as other reviewers mentioned. If I observe these things after using more colors and/or using it for bobbin thread I will update my review.Overall I am quite pleased with this purchase and the thread was packaged very nicely so would make a great gift.

Great deal for the money. 60 colors is a lot! It's a little fuzzy but it hasn't caused any issue. Looks good too.I have a high quality accurate pull tester. This thread broke at 2.75 lbs. Tara 80 broke at about 1.5-2 lbs.I'd buy this again but it's probably a lifetime supply!

I gave this thread a 4 star because it works and doesn't work. I inherited my mother in law's 1960's 328k Singer sewing machine and it absolutely hates this thread. The machine continually kept coming unthreaded; then as soon as I put the previous higher quality thread back in, it sewed like butter. It works well in my newer Brother machine however. I would have returned if I had not waited past the return window to try it out. Had I known, I would have gladly paid a little bit more for a better quality thread that would work in both machines.

This really is 60 different colors not just 30 colors twice! Hope you like pink as there is 9 shades of pink. Would have used more shades of other colors, but with all the girls in my family the pink will get used by them. Nice product described accurately.

I prefer using my higher quality threads when given the opportunity but this pack of 60 offers a great selection for more unique colors whenever I'm in the need. The thread some times bunches up in my Singer Stylist 7258 and pill if you run your fingers over it a couple of times but it's not a huge deal, it's still strong enough to not break when you pull. Perfect for beginners who want a good selection!

I read the reviews about the lack of quality in this product but I love this product. I agree the quality is not 100% but the variety of colors outweighs that. ( and the low cost) There’s a lot of thread on each spool. I’ve been using it for mending and matching the colors has been a wonderful experience. There’s always a color that matches everything. I used it in my machine once it worked fine. The thread bunched up once and made an unwanted knot.Love this product!

Thread is expensive. This thread is not. So for making a quilt or garments I don't use it. For doing small projects that won't get any abuse, I use it. I purchased a thread stand and put all the thread out as a useful decoration in my studio looks colorful and fun.

I love these! They are definitely worth the price. I’ve read other reviews saying how hard it was to find the thread, but upon further inspection, the thread was really easy to find. But they have probably changed the packaging since then. I love the variety in color. I would get these again.

For the money, these cottons are good value for money if you are just looking for basic threads to mend clothes or sew buttons on etc. The colours are great and that is the main reason I chose these, as they have darker green and navy and brown etc, which many other collections on here didnt have. However, the thread is a little thin and the reels are slightly skinny, but again they were cheap. I would not use these threads for embroidery or even machine sewing, I just dont think firstly you get enough thread for machine sewing, but I dont think they are strong enough. Not sure I would buy again, depends what I wanted them for.

Most the threads are good but the odd one Absolutely hates my sewing machine (specially the white) and knots up! So they are worth it but the odd one may be a little knotty!

Un buen juego para tener hilos de todos los colores, no son ultra resistentes, pero sirven para arreglos y pequeñas cosas.
