Got it in a few weeks. Be prepared for a reasonably big and heavy box. Mine fit in my crossover with the back seats down and weighed 123 lbs.Pretty easy to put together. Comes with allen wrench keys to tighten everything. Came with a bit of a charge. Came with european charger cables so I contacted the seller through amazon and they shipped USA replacements quickly as well as answered my questions in less that 15 minutes of me writing to them. Excellent customer service.I recommend wearing a full face helmet and motorcycle jacket. It goes fast and the suspension works like a dream but if you fall off at 30-60 mph, you could be in a world of pain without it.I have gone as fast as 30 mph on local neighborhood roads (too scared still to take it on main roads). If you stand up on it, it technically qualifies as a bicycle with the same road rules. It is so much fun and people love it!!! Thank you so much! :)

I love the scooter is is very fast and comfy. Lower the seat and handlebars down to prevent speed wobbles. Make sure to charge first.Buyer Beware: Check the wattage on the motor of the scooter tires inside the rim after you receive it. The only reason I realized they sent me the wrong scooter was because the tires were not off-road and I looked close and the motors said 1600w. I contacted them and they immediately asked for proof and a phone call and asked about the battery sticker which was wrong.. just a mixup and my new scooter is on its way :) Just make sure you check!Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Yes it is a bit pricey but... what a machine it exceeds my expectations. You have got to suit up and wear protective gear at the very least a full face helmet . I use elbow and knee and shin guards and gloves good shoes. also extra skid tape on the deck. Maybe a bit overkill, better to be safe because this scooter is a beast. I feel like a kid again. No buyers remorse.

This scooter is awesome. Thing goes fast and built strong, zero issues with it so far. I had a few questions about the scooter as I didn’t know much about it so I emailed support. Very surprised at the level of professionalism and detailed response, plus the time to response which was less than 3 mins... have nothing bad to say about the entire experience,. I would buy from the same seller again. Oh I got the scooter in a week, did not expect that at all, very fast thanks!!!

My husband is loving it! It’s so dangerously fast. I don’t recommend going more than 50mph on it without wearing full protective gear all over your body.

We owned the QIEWA scooter for about 2 weeks. The suspension was very cheaply made which caused it to break at 35mph causing my brother to get injured really bad and the scooter to be totaled..Three months later we had to look for a different scooter. We bought the OUTSTORM and i can say now after two months from riding it that this scooter is amazing in every way! We love it so much and we had the best customer service ever with this company.

This scooter is freaking fast 50mph +, the suspension, handling are very good. And the customer service is the best, quick respond , very professional and the important thing that they are honest due to my experience with them.
