Great customer service
Our first one came in bent and with deep scratches. I asked the seller if it was still usable. After seeing the pictures they sent a replacement immediately. Went on smoothly. Slight bend to it, but I lined it up so the dip wasn't in front and it wasn't a problem with hooking up.

Great lube plate...
So far I have used this once and it was great. I recently purchased a new hitch and never used a lube plate but just grease and these are much cleaner to use.

Received warped
Received in the mail with no packaging, only the shipping envelope. It was warped. When we hitched up to leave for our trip everything was fine, but when we re-hitched to return the warped side caught under the hitch and bent even more. Thought it would level out after towing but it didn't. Could hear squeaking the entire return trip.
