My husband loves baking bread and these have been the best solution for storing his loaves. Very roomy, durable and easy to clean. We have thrown these in the washing machine and hung to dry! The bread stays soft and so far the bags keep the bread fresh and without mold for a few days. Highly recommend!

Great freezer storage option. The large bag will hold two full loaves of bread baked in 9”x5” loaf pans; at 12”x17” it might even hold 3. It kept the bread very well. The roll and clip closure takes a little getting used to, but that soon feels natural. Even though one bag will hold 2 loaves, I’m still glad I bought two bags (and baguette bags). This way I have one to store my periodic baking of two “every day” loaves, and one to store any more artisan or one-off loaf I might bake.

They are made well, i have had no problems as i make alot of bread, I've frozen them with bread inside, and bread stays fresher longer

Update: after the company saw this they reached out and fully refunded me for not being satisfied so I updated from 1 star to 5 stars. And changed my heading to make sure it stated it wasn't for fresh bead storage.Got in hopes to keep home made bread fresh. After a day it's rock hard. It's a nice bag and the concept seems like a good idea but doesn't work ... Gonna try using in the freezer for storing frozen dough we will see how it works for that...

I really wanted to love this bag. It’s nicely made, lightweight, and machine washable. BUT, it does not keep my homemade loafs fresh. My previous bag had a plastic inner liner that almost kept too much moisture. With this bag the bread dried out in a couple of days. Maybe it would be fine for short term storage but definitely not good for homemade loaf storage.

From the day the bread bags arrived, I have used them faithfully. Love no freezer burn and can keep my bread fresh and ready to go - just take out a few slices and ready for toast. If you eat your bread untoasted - they will thaw out quickly. Bought a set for my son and his family.

As cute as they are and earth friendly it is not worth it. My bread was hard and stale after the first day and became moldy not long after. Very disappointed. There are much better earth friendly products out there.** edit** The company reached out and pointed out that it is only intended to keep fresh in the freezer. Slightly confusing but I have not tried freezer use yet. Definitely don't use it to keep anything fresh outside the freezer.

Update: Great customer service, they reached out and offered a refund upon seeing my picture of the tear in the bag. They did also point out that the description does state that these bags are not intended to extend the life of homemade bread on the countertop, and that they are designed for freezer use only, so that would explain why my bread was going stale so quickly on the countertop!Original: Great size, I can fit 2 homemade loaves very comfortably and even up to 3 but then it’s a little hard to close. I recently noticed a large rip that I have no idea how it happened but there are two layers so I guess it’s not a huge deal.Only major con is that it doesn’t really seem to keep the bread as fresh as I had hoped. I was using just regular ziploc bags before which worked great but wanted something reusable and expected these to work the same but a lot of air gets in these bags even after rolling and buckling them. The bread just seems to go stale a lot faster with these then it did with the ziploc bags.

Does exactly what it says. Keeps our home made bread safe and fresh in the freezer, easy to use and machine washable. My husband liked this product so much I bought him some more for Christmas.
