it's not the best made product
What is there to say, it's not the best made product, but it's cheap, made well enough and meets my expectations. The pad does have a very slight wobble on top of the tube, that accounts for the 4 star rather than 5, but it's frankly fine. Edit: I should point out that if you don't care about having a swivel to the throne, it can be locked down to the point it doesn't wobble at all. That would not work for me, but may be perfect for others. Then it should have a 5 star.
