Excellent Ditch Bag
I regularly fish 30+ miles off the Atlantic coast and a ditch bag is a vital part of my safety equipment. I had the older version of KastKing’s dry bag with the clear window and it lasted through a year of getting tossed around, stepped on, and abused. This bag is built even better. Out with the old, in with the new! For my purposes ( offshore ditch bag) there is very little i would change about this bag. Below are my observations.Pros:Bright colors - incredibly important for ditch-bag purposes.Reinforced carry handle on side (this is an upgrade).Back-pack straps to allow for hands free carrying when loading the boat.Super durable and absolutely water tight.Cons:Only one I can find for me is the small zipper, it is of no use for me, as I couldn’t see myself putting anything in there.KastKing did ask me to review this bag as a result of my previous purchases. This by no means has influenced my review. I have purchased copious amounts of KastKing products from pliers to braided line and they have yet to fail me.

Alittle better than the rest.
I needed a dry bag primarily for dry storage when I go kayak fishing so I started researching. The Kast King's line of dry bags initially caught my eye because of their fair pricing. They had a few added features that other dry bags didn't have in this price range so I picked one up.Here's my experience using it. The dry bag material is pretty much what you would expect in any other dry bags. However, the seams, especially the bottom, is sealed particularly well compared to my other dry bags. But what set it apart was the included shoulder strap on a 20L bag. This one feature makes the Kast King 20L dry bag that much more useful than the rest. Let me explain. You can expect larger bags to have a secondary carry method (the shoulder strap), but usually not on smaller dry bags. Kast King nailed it by putting a shoulder strap (attached by D rings) on their 20L bags. I usually don't need a bag larger than 20L to carry all my things and don't like to carry a huge bag just for the shoulder strap. Now I can carry just what I need and still keep my hands free. They even added a waterproof flat pocket on the outside, large enough to hold your phone, car keys, wallet, etc.Another impressive feature is their seal on the main compartment. To be fair, I'm not sure if any other brand does this, but Kast King is the first that I noticed. They use a clear strip of vinyl around the main opening and at first it doesn't look like much, but I'll tell you what, that sucker seals air tight. Even with just one fold and buckle, you can't push the air out of the bag. Fold the top a couple of time like your supposed to and there is no way air or water is going in or out.So far, I've used this bag for keeping my things dry on my kayak and as a catch bag on other trips. And because it's PVC, it's super easy to clean out. The picture is from my last trout fishing trip and although it wasn't on a kayak, I used to haul my lunch, stove, and snacks on the way in and trash on the way out. And before you ask, I had a backpack already but it's my fishing tackle bag which is why I used the Kast King dry bag to haul in additional items. All in all, good job Kast King.

AWESOME Dry Bag!
This dry bag is awesome! First of all, I've never see one with a front zipper pouch, which is a huge plus to easily grab a phone while out paddling instead of having to dig through the whole bag. I ordered the 20L size in the blush color - it's huge! It also came with a great waterproof phone case too as an added bonus. I love the combo of handles and the strap so you can wear it or stow it in under gear straps. I plan to keep my bag in my rear kayak storage area that can get wet, even with scupper plugs in, so this will be so handy. I also plan to use it while out boating and fishing too. This bag is stylish, versatile and most of all functional all at a great price. Highly recommend!

HUGE
I bought the 30L. This thing is huge.. bigger than I thought it'd be.. I have a backpack that is a little bigger than 30L and was planning to use this as an inner bag just to keep things waterproof.. it fits into the backpack but there is some slack on the bag that seems to make it look bigger than the actual 30L. The dry bag for the cellphone that it comes for impresses me more than the bag itself, I really love this thing and would have paid top dollar for it also. Overall the dry bag and the cell phone pocket makes this a great deal. I've bought a 20L dry bag from another company, and the quality of KastKing bag seems better and lighter. I dropped a star because it doesn't really fit the bag that I wanted to protect because it's bigger than what I expected. Just a personal issue with the purchase, otherwise I would give this 5+ stars.
