These are so soft and comfortable! The nose pieces are less bulky than the ones that the pharmacy gave me. They're also much softer. I will definitely be ordering more of these for future use!

Use with my 50' tubing so I can reach to both ends of my house or go out on the back patio. Recommend this to anyone.

This particular item was exactly what I needed. The tubing is comfortable to my nose, it has the 14 ft length I need, the connector to the concentrator is just right and the little clip stays up to make the tubing a little tighter. Perfect! Except it’s now unavailable! I need something I can get regularly.

I really like the soft canula.

All I can say is that all canulas are not created equal. The nasal tubes themselves are smaller in diameter and after hooking it up noticed a terrible smell, despite repeatedly trying to blow out any residue by mouth and turning up my concentrator the smell is still there. The only way I can explain It is an acrid hot machine oil smell, very industrial smell that is not only unpleasant but I wonder about the effect on my lungs. I had ordered 3 and checked the others also, but they were all the same. I'd give a zero if I could.
