Very happy with this swing. Assembly took about an hour for 2 people (after I downloaded the assembly instructions from Outsunny that were not included in the box). Instructions are very basic, but pretty much the norm for products these days. Not really any detail, just graphics of how the assembly is done.The swing is a little high of the ground, but fortunately we were able to use the suspension springs from our old swing which lowered the seat about 1-1/2" ... perfect. My wife said she was happy with it even before I lowered the swing assembly. It's very sturdy thanks to the suspension arm that the swing seat attaches to being one piece vs a two piece suspension assembly as with most less expensive swings. Quality was good, all pre-drilled holes lined up fine, using two people to assemble makes the process so much easier. The cushions do get really hot if left in the sun and have sort of a plastic feeling. I'm assuming they'll wear well. We keep them in our patio box until we're ready to sit on them.After getting the swing completely assembled we had two pieces remaining and then realized the canopy was not shipped in the box nor were the two side canopy supports. Never even dawned on us until the swing was standing tall on our patio. I was worried we'd have to take the thing apart and send it back to Amazon, but before doing that sent a message to the seller, AOSOM. The next day I had a response from Summer apologizing for the mix up. She sent a parts list and told me to tell her exactly what was missing. After my response to provide her with the needed information, she said the items would ship soon and they indeed did. Within 7 days a large box arrived with the side canopy supports and the canopy. Fantastic customer service which is almost non-existent these days. Between the great service and the awesome new swing we couldn't be happier. Comfortable. Great at the pool.

It looks good, it is comfortable. Once you put the cushions on, it feels kind of high but it’s okay. Not a big deal

Love the look of this swing… but… it does sit up a little high , that I can handle. The material the cushions are made out of gets extremely hot! I think is almost plastic, resin or vinyl like? But it gets hot. Wish the cushions had more of a fabric like material. My husband had to drill a hole because one side did not line up.

just follow the directions. Nice looking and sturdy.

It is sturdy, material is low maintenance. Comfortable also.

Wasn’t hard for my husband to put together. Has enough cushion and feels comfortable. I did notice a little rusty water come from it when it rains. I do love this swing. Hope it lasts a long time.
