Excellent customer service
Looks nice, well made. Convenient carry case. One of the balls got broken during the first use. This occurred due to misuse, and was no fault of the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer, via Amazon. I was inquiring if I could purchase a replacement ball. Customer care was outstanding! They rushed a replacement ball out right away. Also, because I had only purchased the set the week prior, they did not charge me anything! It is refreshing to see a company going well above and beyond for a customer. I don’t really need any others lawn games, but may buy more from them just to support the company! Bocce sets at this price point don’t vary much. One is likely as good as the next. However, you can feel safe with your purchase here knowing that the product is backed by an honest customer friendly company.

Wrong instructions!
Product appears to be of good quality. However I ordered the backyard version bocce ball set and the instructions included are only for the court version. Since it's a gift, I will have to find instructions for the backyard version on-line and print them out to include with the gift. Not too happy about that!
