Better than a tape measure
I bought this as a gift for my son who’d just purchased a new house. He loved it. Not only is it much easier to use than a tape measure, it is more accurate. This is the third purchase I’ve made of this item. One for me and two as gifts. A winner!

The package was too small to allow the users manual to be folded up and put in it.
The size of the case was too small to hold the users manual. Maybe it was intended to hold batteries. But if that is the case in the batteries which is flop around
