It almost worked for a full work day. I have hyperhidrosis, so I'm a challenge. By the end of the day, I had to add paper towels and baking powder to control the sweat and odor that was starting to seep through. Day two I went ahead and paired paper towel and baking soda on top of the insert, but half way through the day, the insert folded up and was kinda scrunched up in my shoe. I'll probably just go back to paper towels and baking soda, at least that does not scrunch up and feel funny to walk on, and less expensive. These probably work better for people that do not have the condition I have.

I wear my boots every day all day at work and after doing that for a LONG time they begin to take on a "presence" of their own. (what am I gonna do... throw them in the washer?) So I thought I'd try these insoles out. And they are like magic! Not sure how long they are effective for but definitely going to get more of these.

The size cuts are very hard to follow as they are spread out and many are the same except for minor differences

Work great so far. No foot odors since starting to use them.

Use it on mules worn at home. Seems like odorless. However, small worn black particles come out from the trimmed edges, when it interacts with the inside of the mules. This is a big drawback of the insole.

Inexpensive and easy.
