Did not work.
I spent 5 hrs. total with Verizon Tech Support. 2 hrs. online one day. 1 hr. at the Verizon store and then another 2hrs. online after that. None of the " Experts " were able to make this phone work. After 5 hrs.I decided that was way more of my time invested in this phone than I ever wanted to spend. I don't know if the phone was bad, the " experts " were bad, or both. Nobody should have to spend 5 hrs. of their time and other people's time trying to make a 4G Flip phone work. I sent it back today and I am awaiting a full refund.
