The House of Teak24"x24"x1.5" Lifetime Heavy Duty Mat

I purchased this with the intent to use with the outdoor shower on my camper. Having something sturdy, and water resistant was the most important part of my purchase but, it turned out to be so beautiful that I can't stop admiring it. It was packaged well for shipping, and after leaving it open for several days the wood seemed to become richer in color. The size is perfect. At first, I thought it might be too big it turned out to be exactly what I wanted/needed. I only need to tilt it slightly to get into the pass-through storage door, and it has actually help stabilize everything. Instead of taking up room it helped better organize the space. I'm thinking of more and more uses for this mat than my original purchase intentions. I love it!

I bought this teak mat (stand) to use as a base for an upright 6 cu ft standing freezer. To be safe, I was looking for 24"x 24" and this is actually 23.5"x23.5". Luckily, I think it will work anyway, but I won't know for certain until my freezer is delivered next week. It is beautiful and smells wonderful. As long as the half inch shortage isn't a problem, it is well worth the cost. I do love it. It appears well made. Check out the pics.

I love the teak mat in my shower. It prevents me from accidentally slipping and looks great.

When My matt arrived I was excited.. this is a substantial product . The wood is heavy and beautiful. Unfortunately my matt was assembled crooked. so it wasnt square at all. I ended up returning it and was refunded with no problem. I ended up purchasing another product that was not as heavy only because I needed something right away. If this matt had not been defective It really would have been amazing

Have now ordered two of these teak mats. We’re using one of the mats in our RV’s shower and the other in our guest bathroom. Both fit perfectly and look great. Beautiful solid teak wood lumber was used in making both of my mats. The craftsmanship is superb. The wood is oiled instead of sealed which is exactly what I wanted. Stainless steel screws are used to attach the teak boards together. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend the seller: The House of Teak.

I use this over a 22"x22" shower drain pan. I weigh over 200lbs. It holds my weight easily. Looks good. Excellent product.

The teak mats are a beautiful color and they feel great under my wet feet after a shower. Much better than a rug if you live in a humid climate like I do. My only issue with them is the don’t have a third support plank on the bottom to stabilize them and they didn’t come with clamps or anything to attach them together.

It looks great! It’s heavy feels sturdy built. I can’t speak of durability because I just got it. But love the look a feel of the product!
