Works in my OnePlus 3T
The wrong tools were included for a OnePlus 3T, and there were no instructions. And you have to gently reuse the adhesive from the old battery. And the connector has to be flipped around to connect to the motherboard. But otherwise installation was a snap. And it seems to work fine for me. It fast-charges just as well as the original battery with no excess heat. And it seems to last much longer than the (well worn) orignal. This battery is 3400mAH and is recognized as compatible by my OnePlus 3T. (I previously bought a different 3000mAH battery for a OnePlus 3 from iFixit by mistake, which gave the "not compatible" error others have seen.)UPDATE: 10 months later and the battery life is worse than the 3-year-old battery it replaced. It's still well worth the price, so still 4 stars. But buyer beware: it's cheap for a reason.UPDATE 2: 15 months later and it's dead. The phone had been dying when close to 15% charge for a couple of weeks. Then tonight died at 40% charge and could not turn on. Battery would not charge. Had to exchange the replacement battery for the original to get the phone to turn on again. Still not bad for $20. Now it's $13. I'm buying another of these batteries to limp along for another year on this phone.

NOT 3400mah
This battery claims to be 3400mAh. I usually expect batteries to not be the EXACT capacity they list, however usually give or take 20-30mAh, maybe 50mAh MAX. However, after using this battery with regular usage after almost a month, this is ABSOLUTELY NOT 3400mAh.I installed this battery in my phone on 1/5/2022 and I am currently writing this review on 1/27/2022, Just over 3 weeks after installation. I usually leave my phone on the charger overnight for a full charge before work. I'm lucky to have 10% after a full 8 hour shift, without charging in-between. I have been using a battery calibration app for the last 2 years, over several batteries. However, after the 1st week of using this battery, this app tells me that this battery is about 2,600mAh, or 75% of the promised capacity. The capacity has not changed much since then, which leads me to believe that this battery is only 2,600mAh.It is, however a good battery, just not at the rated capacity. I might even rate it 5 stars if it was listed as 2,600 instead of 3,400.

Battery works after 2 weeks, mAh is correct, dash charges fine
Update 8 months post purchase:It was good while it lasted. Battery life started declining precipitously after about six months. By eight months my phone would sometimes shut down when the battery got to 20%, reporting zero battery on the screen when I tried to reboot. Accubattery reported the battery at about 2200mAh, and that might have been generous. Rather than replace the battery yet again, I just gave up and bought a new 7t. After 3.5 years my 3t doesn't owe me anything.----------------Original review:It's been about 2 weeks since I installed my new battery. I tried two others, from a different seller on Amazon and both were duds. This one is going strong. AccuBattery is reporting 3200mAh to 4000mAh depending on the day, but looking at discharges, it seems to be running about spec. I do find the battery drains really fast, but I think that's the os upgrade I did, not the battery, as my old battery died in under 2 hours, this one lasts 4 or 5 under heavy use. Dash charging works fine too.The connector to the phone was backwards, but I was able to flip it around without any issue to make it work. I don't remember if this came with tools or not, but having dealt with crappy tools that come with batteries, do yourself a favor and spend an extra $10, buy a metal spudger and a good quality t2 torx screwdriver. It's worth it. I'm very happy with this battery, I expect it'll give my phone another year or two of life before it needs an upgrade.

Not as good as new but ok.
It's slightly smaller than the original. 35% charged out of the box which is good as li-ion batteries are supposed to be stored at 40%. Accu reported around 2800mah on the first day and 2700 on the second. Dash charging is supported but the charging speed is very slow. It draws less than 200mA while dash charging with the original charger and cable and also draws the same current from a different company's charger while slow charging. Had to improvise adhesion as the removal took the old glue away. I haven't yet tested the screen time completely(I guess around 4 hours). It skips a few percentages while charging and discharging usually above 90%.

Cheap knock off
Definitely an off-brand battery. If you're looking to improve the battery life of your phone, source your battery from a more reputable source, as these batteries, while better than a borked original or malfunctioned battery, will not give you the best battery life. After checking with software, the battery I ordered turned out to be about 75% degraded out-of-the-box, and also only 3,000mAh, not the proposed 3,500mAh that the listing currently claims.

Malfunctioning in under 2 weeks
Battery worked fantastically for just under 2 weeks when suddenly I noticed my phone had not budged from 44%. Opened it up, made sure everything was okay. Plugged back in and it shows the lightning bolt over the battery but it also says "Not Charging". It shows 50% instead of 44% now for some reason but it has not actually charged at all. Waste of money.

Works but doesn't charge to full capacity
Edit: Knocking my rating from 3 stars to 1 star since I sent a message about the charge capacity to the seller almost 3 weeks ago and have not received a response. My stock battery was getting a bit old, AccuBattery was reporting that the capacity was about 2400mA. So I thought perhaps it was time for a replacement.Purchased this battery and install was a breeze since I'm already quite familiar with cracking this phone open to fix/replace the camera module. Worked on power on with no problem. It seems to fast charge without issue. The main issue is that AccuBattery reports its capacity at about 2600mA which is barely better than my old stock battery, a far cry from the design of 3400mA. Oh well, I guess I will just have to live with it.

Better, but not like new.
Battery fit the device and tool kit contained everything needed to replace.it. I noticed that the build of the Asesino battery was different than the original battery I removed. It felt much stiffer than the original.

Enthaltenes Werkzeug unbrauchbar
Unzuversichtlicher Lieferant. Karl-Heinz
