The flange head piece is compatible with both my Spectra electric pump and my Medela manual hand pump, which makes these flanges very much worthwhile. The pieces are very easy to put together and overall very easy to clean.The fact that they come in various specific sizes is extremely helpful. These flanges are very effective at removing milk.

100% compatible with my Spectra and the suction is great. I like that it comes apart for easy cleaning. Like the Spectra original set, it is more cone shaped of flange so a good pumping bra is essential.

Fits my Spectra S2 perfectly and does not leak. I like that it comes with a set of duckbill valves as well. Its always nice to have an extra set so when one loses its suction I don't have to rush out to the store to grab a new one. It is nice that it can come apart to slide into my pumping bra since some pumping bras don't allow you to slide the entire flange in. Very versatile in that aspect. Overall it is as it was described by the seller. Nice quality for a nice price. Especially since it is hard to find a comfortable flange for 19mm. Works great! No complaints here!

These worked great while I was pumping. I loved that I could use the flanges from my lansinoh manual pump and the flanges from my medela flanges as well. Since my spectra ended up being the pump that worked the best it was nice to not have all the other parts just go to waste and it helped have more pieces in rotation to cut down on the constant washing of parts.

I have elastic nipples, I alternate between these and pumpin pals flanges. These are amazing. I highly recommend!

I was told to get this size by my lactation consultant in the hospital when I had my baby. I am glad I got these. They are comfortable to use and have much better suction than other ones I had tried. I'd you need a different size than what come with your pump or even if you're just looking for a second pair for your pump, I would highly recommend. I exclusively pump

I am an exclusive pumping mom and the suction on this isn’t that great. I love how you are able to change the top to fit what your needs are. I don’t use this as much as I was hoping.
