I bought this to replace my mini Joy steamer that I dropped on the ground and broke. I must say that I like this one a lot. Has a comfortable handle, has not dripped hot water on me ever, and isn't heavy. I would recommend anyone in the market do definitely order this one. And I love the rose gold color!

Small and great for trips. Easily packs into your bag. Makes quick work of wrinkles. I will be buying a second one for my grown kids.

Pleased with product

I bought this product because I have a lot of clothing, and not enough storage. This leads to clothing being jammed into my drawers, which leads to lots of wrinkles. I wanted something to get the wrinkles out quick that would be easier than digging out the iron. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I wouldn’t say it gets out a hundred percent of the wrinkles, but so far it gets out enough every time that the clothing is much more presentable. My only complaint would be that you have to dump the water out right after you use it. If you don’t, the water gets very gross (looks like mildew or moldy of some sort) and it is unusable without cleaning it. This makes sense, but makes the product slightly less convenient if you leave water in it. if you forget to dump out the water, you have to clean out the steamer thoroughly before you can use it a next time. I realized this when I was in a rush one day, and it wasn’t convenient at all. I really didn’t have the time to scrub the thing. It defeated the purpose of being quick and easy. Other than that though, would definitely recommend and am happy with this product.

Neither my partner nor I use many clothes that require steaming, but I bought this since his graduation was around the corner and I knew I'd need to steam his robe and hood. It did a great job and I was able to get the creases out surprisingly quickly. I was too scared to try it over the crushed velvet areas of the sleeves, front, and hood, but it was perfect for the rest. My only complaint was how often I had to refill the tiny water compartment, but that's to be expected from a tiny travel steamer.

The media could not be loaded.  While initially I thought this worked well, when I left it on a little longer it began to sputter and spit. And not just a little bit. I attached a video to show exactly how much, and how fast, this heats up. My purpose for this was not for clothing, but for staming my fondant. Yeah, it's a thing. But now I know to do it in short sessions, filling the unit only halfway. Otherwise, I'm getting water marks on my cake! But BE CAREFUL if you purchase this unit!!! The water that spits out is HOT and potentially scalding. Keep out of reach of, or use around, children!

Purchased this for travel. Works great, heats up in seconds, doesn't take much work...fill it, plug it in, and use. Compact enough for suitcase. Great value for the money. A must have when traveling.
