I owned this mat for apx 4 days when it was put to the test and actually impressed me. I had just let my dog out and about 4 minutes later my daughter got home. He got excited and I got distracted and didn't think about why we went outside. Twenty minutes later he squats dead center on this mat. He peed a lot. Really a lot. I carried it to hide it down and realized the spray wasn't seeping out the back like a regular throw rug would. I checked the floor and it was completely dry! I was extremely happy and lucky he chose this mat and not the carpet. I have only washed it once so far but it washed well.This mat is very soft and comfortable to stand on so I never expected to work exactly as advertised but I'm so pleased that I now own two more.

Perfect for our needs. We have a laminate floor and there is no slipping at all. Very soft too, the dogs love it. So far this doormat has met my expectations!

Feels like more of a bath mat than a door mat or rug. I guess it is good for the non-slip backing aspect, but I don't think this will be a long term durable mat for a front door.Despite this, it is soft enough to be enjoyable on bare feet, absorbent and fluffy enough to catch dirt and sand when people walk in the door, easy to throw in the washing machine, and most important to me, it matched my floors. I guess I will just have to replace with the same ones if these go bad.

I bought this rug to use by my front door in my foyer. The rug is very soft and the backing is fine. The reason why I am writing this review is because the rug is literally coming apart! The rug tufts are coming out of the backing constantly. I am afraid to shake it out because of this. The instructions say that you can wash it but I'm afraid to do that too. I am finding tufts all over the floor by the rug. I can run my fingers through the rug and the tufts just come out of the backing. It's like they aren't even sewn at all. I am returning this rug for a full refund.

This doormat is perfect for the front door. I LOVE it. It looks great, is soft and absorbent and doesn't show dirt. The only downfall I have noticed is for some reason I can't vacuum it with my vacuum cleaner. My vacuum cleaner has too much suction I guess. Will have to use the smaller handheld when I have to clean, but so far I have just shook it to remove excess dirt.We have two small dogs and they love to lay on it in the sun when I have the front door open. This is my best most recent purchase.I purchased the black/gray/white mat.

Good quality, and cleans up well in the washer and dryer! It has held onto all of its "fluff" and lost none due to frequent washing. It pulls all the mositure off of shoes and has saved a lot of mud from being tracked in. Looks great, and my dog takes it over as a bed when it is fresh out of the dryer. I wish it came in a larger size, I would use it as a washable shag rug!

2nd review. Loved it so I bought a 2nd one. :)I actually got it to put under my recliner that sits on my wood floors. My recliner will move back and it was making scratches on my floor. I got the mat and it just fits under the recliner. It does not move at all now. I am thinking about getting another one to put by my back door. Very pretty and works really well. Very happy with it.

Cute rug! Very absorbent and soft! If I could get my dog off of it I'd probably be able to use it more!

This item is true to the colour depicted. The pile is lush and soft and the mat is easily washable in the washing machine. I have two and am able to rotate them.
