I’ve used this cutter only a few times, but it has worked very well. I used the narrowest cut (for tagliatelle) and the widest (for lasagna noodles) and it worked perfectly for both. Don’t let the handles fool you, though; you really need to hold the cutter close to wheels for best cuts. And be sure to tighten the wingnuts securely. In all, it’s a good tool if you like to make your own pasta, and it’s a great price.

It was a Christmas gift for my sister who makes dumplings for dinner, this was perfect for her to use when cutting the dough. I highly recommend this item. She loves it!!

Great tool for making my grandmother's traditional Polish cookies-Chrusciki. (Aka angel wings or now ties) My grandchildren now are carrying on the tradition. The dough cutter cut multiple strips quickly, although one must spread pressure across the wheels. Then cookies are cut and a slit, twisted and fried....crowned with powdered sugar and the holiday has begun!

It took me awhile to figure out how to use this little thing but after I figured it out it was really simple. Had to adjust the screws, tighten and loosen, to adjust the width. Pretty nifty little item.
