I love the water quality! These filters are really great, gotta change them every 30days, but $30 per month for good quality water is worth it if you ask me. This is way better than your Brita stuff.

This is a better way of getting clean drinking water for one's health. My only complaint is that it does not Fit Smugly into its slot.So a line of water runs on the Outside of the filter into the water.Can this be fixed ?

I opened up my last filter on 12/17 to use and as of 12/25 my filter is no longer working and I can taste tap water. I’ve never had a filter only last 2 weeks. Yes, I made sure my filter was fully locked in place and that nothing was getting in from the sides or leaking. These are $30 filters and should last longer than 2 weeks. All I can have is 9.5pH alkaline water due to a bladder disease and having to buy another filter already is not fun and now I have no filter as I shouldn’t need one yet. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

This product seems to have reduced my problems with acid reflux. Water tastes better than brita system. I do wish it came with better instructions as to how often to change the filter.
