I use these every night and have for over a year. It calms me down and relaxes me so I can sleep well. CAUTION: It definitely gives me some vivid, strange, and screwy dreams which I have found to be hilarious. I mean, the content of my dreams make almost no sense and are just plain weird! We get a good laugh out of my dreams. Not sure why this happens but I read the combination of all natural ingredients can cause this in some people.Highly recommend for great sleep and entertaining dreams.

The first few nights I used it, I had no results. Couldn't go to sleep for hours and once I did, I couldn't stay asleep. I thought for sure I had wasted my money. But, I decided to keep trying. 8 nights later, I had a good night's sleep and have ever since. I go to sleep faster and longer. If I do wake up, I can go back to sleep quickly. The trick for me is to take it 2 hours before I go to bed. So be patient and give it a try. Sweet dreams!I just purchased 2 more bottles!

I truly believe that this product helps me to stay asleep. I ran out for about a week and found I was waking up in the middle of the night again. Could be psychological, but I think it was the lack of herbal sleep.

Good product, the only reason I gave it a 3 star it's because it is herbs and not pharmaceutical. Sleep wise, it did not help me much.

This is one of the best herb combinations that have worked for me for sleep, it's much better than taking things that are not good for you.

I’ve tried other brands with similar ingredients that have given me a bit more chance at sleep.This brand has had the opposite effect and my sleep has decreased as shown by both Apple Watch and Sleep number bed monitoring.
