Wolf Tools “Wicked Sharp” Micro Wax Carving Tools, Set of 8

I've been making jewelry for years but I'm new to casting. Starting out with wax I used what any newbie would use, wood carvers and a dental set. I looked longingly at these cringing at the price but went ahead and got them... I can not stress enough how huge a difference they make. They area dream to work with. 'Wicked Sharp' is accurate. They glide through wax with such precision. I'm sure I won't snap nearly so many pieces since I don't have to put as much pressure on the pieces.If your serious about your craft, and can afford to invest you simply have to have these. I can't necessarily afford them, but I just ordered the 18 count set of larger wolf carvers ($136) just to have the complete set. They will more than pay for themselves in saved time, and ability to do so much more advanced designs.

One of the tools in the package is broken. After several back and forth messages over the course of a month with the supplier where they claim it isn't, I requested a refund. They then told me I was past the 30 day period to request one. I have photos of the tool and what it should look like that make it clear the item is damaged which I sent to the supplier and they asked me how I could know it is damaged. I'm sure because I've been doing production wax work a long time. It is my job. The tip of the piece below is not round like the stock photo, it is unfinished steel, broken off and useless. I've attached another photo of what it should look like below mine.

Wolf wax carving tools are simply the best professional tools available for a jeweler.
