Suggest adding teflon tape to the tail pipe that screws into the bottom of the unit. This fitting is loose and began to leak. The tape is an easy fix, but be sure to add it on the initial install. Otherwise, everything with this product was great.

As advertised. It's very well built and easy to install. And I really like the pop-up mechanism. Not a lot different from others I've used, but still very well built and easy to adjust for both length and force needed to raise and lower it.My only complaint would be that it is closer to black than what I'm used to getting when I purchase oil rubbed bronze. But they are true to the picture so there is no deception here. Just darker than I prefer. That said, event when matched with much more "bronze" colored ORB faucet, it's far enough away that it still looks great.And make sure you install washers / wear parts correctly when putting it together. There is an obviously correct way to install them, but I managed install the incorrectly nonetheless. This made it hard to adjust and it may have leaked. Fortunately I knew it was probably wrong so I took it apart. But I easily could installed it in the incorrect configuration. As with most prosumer items like this, some better instructions would be nice for those of use who are more consumers than pros.

I installed two of these pop up assemblies and was pleasantly surprised at their quality. The instructions were actually good and nothing leaked.There were two lessons learned though. First the tail piece (the brass tube) that screws into the body was loose. It has no seal so I took the precaution of coating the threads with teflon paste sealant before hand tightening. Second the sink plug is actually two pieces. The finished top "button" unscrews from the white body. I discovered this because one body came unscrewed during installation and fell into the trap.Make sure both the plug and the tail piece are tight before installation.

It is not a perfect match for the dark Moen oil rubbed bronze, but good enough that I avoided paying nearly $60 for genuine Moen part. It is dark with a slight copper hue when in bright light. If matching to the Delta offering, the color is real close, but it doesn't have the scratched finish. The only other observation was that the lower section of pipe was not screwed on tight so check that before installing. It is all metal construction and has the cutouts for a sink overflow. To sum up, it can be used with either Moen or Delta and not look really out of place like a red'ish bronze.[10-15-2013 Update] The lower portion of the pop-up assembly is chromed and it may be hard to get the fitting tight enough to keep it from sliding down the lower pipe section. So, make sure the p-trap can support it's own weight rather than relying on the clamping friction of the attachment onto the bottom this pop-up assembly. I should note that I'm going from a smaller diameter pop-up to a larger diameter p-trap assembly. The reducer washer doesn't allow for a tight clamp.

If you search Amazon US for "bathroom sink drain" and then filter by clicking "no overflow", this is 4th on the list, so I ordered it. It has an overflow (if you scroll down more than two screens, the description does say this).

Just finished installing it. It's hard to find a 2 1/8" drain. What's more, most are flat and cause water to pool. This one is tapered. Installation went well until I tested it. The tailpiece leaked where it joined the body. They didn't use any dope or Teflon tape on this. I had to add tape to stop the leak. I installed it using silicone instead of the rubber gasket. I also Teflon taped all the threaded connections. I ordered two more for my master bath. I wanted all chrome, but had to settle for the brushed nickel with a chrome stopper. These are good quality at a great price.

Very nice rub oil bronze color match. Easy to install using pumbers putty. It will drip underneath if you don't tighten the chrome tude. I brought two and they are wonderful and this is a great price.

Purchased for stand alone pedestal sink. The dark finish matched the faucet well. This is a darker oil rubbed bronze finish. The quality is good for the price point.

Fits perfectly. just exactly what I needed.
