These are true quality headphones, over a year and still working great!.. it is 2023 March and they still are the best headphones I ever owned

These are excellent quality.

Nothing negative to say about the place that shipped it out, they got it to me very quickly, and when I received the item though it was refurbished it looked like brand new.That said, one of the selling points of this item was supposed to be comfort, hate to say it but if your head is anything more than like a medium hat size, you're probably going to find this extremely uncomfortable as it puts a tremendous amount of pressure on your ears. The little red plastic thing at the top is supposed to relieve some of that pressure, in practice it does absolutely nothing.I switched from this to a less expensive model, the blackwire 3320, it is far more comfortable, and honestly I notice no difference in sound or mic quality, if anything this less expensive one sounds better. The one feature the C5220 has over it is the detachable cord.

These were renewed, $20 dollars cheaper than new, but they came with the jack bended, sometimes you don't hear on one of the two speakers of the headset. I'm disappointed, I will never try to save some money.
