Not the best for angry strong adults.
Myself and my hubby enjoyed and felt the benefits from using these squishy balls.Hubby split 2 of them at the plug, releasing the gel contents. 1st one lasted a week and the other 3 days of daily squishing. Am looking for other more reliable stress relieving equipment.

Not very strong, but fun whilst they lasted
My daughter has stress and anxiety issues, so we got her these to help.She absolutely loves them, however, two have now burst, only a few weeks after using each of them.Possibly better for smaller childre, who can't squeeze as hard!

Didn’t last a day
These were brilliant for my son with ASD for literally one day and then they broke. The stopper popped out of the top of the two he used for school. He keeps them in a box so they weren’t pierced or crushed in an unacceptable way and he only needed them a few times. Very disappointed
