The metal seems like it's thin and breakable though it's not. I've showered, exercised, and slept in it and nothing has gone wrong. The threading is short so it seems like it doesn't tighten well but as long as it's as tight as it can be it shouldn't fall out. The only thing I wish was different was for the fletching to be the same on both sides. You'll have to turn it so the right side is facing out.

I found that this bar is made from the same steel that the original piercing bar is made from, so there's no allergic reaction or swelling. I can only wear barbells with coatings on them for a short period before I start having reactions. I’ve had this bar in for a week, and my ear feels great.

Looks absolutely cute in my ear, the perfect length and I love it thank you.

I’ve had this for awhile now, going on about 3 years! Still put it in ever now and again. Normal wear and tear!

Maybe mine was defective, but when I got it, the head of the arrow didn't screw onto the shaft at all. It's like the threads were stripped. Also, the perfectionist in me was bothered by the fact that the feathers of the arrow can only be seen on one side; turn it around, and instead of seeing feathers on the other side as well, you just see the end of the shaft. Not my favorite.

Unfortunately this is hard to wear with my hair down, since it gets easily caught.
