Genuine Corporate Projection ET-LAD60W Lamp & Housing for Panasonic Projectors - Twin Pack

The item was supposed to be a twin pack of lamps but only a single lamp arrived and it was broken. Hopefully Media Monster will resolve the issue quickly by sending the proper item quickly. I will upgrade the review if they act quickly.

First I must say that although we had product and shipping issues, the customer service at Corporate Projector was outstanding. Problems we had:1. Ordered a twin pack. Only received on lamp. Advised Corporate and second lamp was sent.2. Installed in Panasonic projector. One lamp worked. The other worked but computer chip advised that the housing had many hours of service used. Since projector will not operate properly due to this, returned this lamp for exchange and was advised replacement lamp was out of stock.
