I hunted high and low for a multi-tier soap dish for keeping my soap, shampoo, and conditioner bars in the shower. This was the best looking one I found. The clear, modern design looks nice and would fit in with any bathroom decor. And the “bubbly” pattern in the acrylic back is subtle but helps mask water spots. It feels solid, durable, and well made. And I like that the bar on the top does not drip onto the bar on the bottom. So why I am I knocking off two stars? The bars tend to slide off the dish. A properly constructed shower niche has a bottom slightly pitched down toward the front so water doesn’t pool against the wall, and instead drains onto the shower floor. But this dish has ridges the soap sits on that are absolutely level. Which means when you put it in a shower niche, they’re slightly pitched down toward the shower and the bar slides off and falls on the floor. This wouldn’t happen if the ridges were slightly pitched toward the back of the dish. I plan to try to fix this by using a dot of silicone caulk under the front two feet to slightly elevate the front, but it’s irritating to have to MacGyver a soap dish this expensive. To be fair, if you’re not using it in a shower niche, this shouldn’t be a problem for you. Other than that issue, the only design change I’d like to see is to offer a version with three tiers. A lot of people use bars for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Shower niches are tall enough to fit a three-tier version of this dish, and that would look neater and be more space-efficient than using two dishes.

Well, it does work to hold two different bars of soap in the shower. The only problem is the slope - especially of the top 'shelf'. I understand the purpose of the slope - to allow drainage. However, the top shelf is sloped enough that a wet bar of soap just slides off. I had to put my 'old' soap dish on the top shelf to prevent this. Once that was done it is working fine.

Great item if you use a small sponge or a scrubber on a daily basis for your sinks. Perfect fit for smaller size scrubby sponge plus your bar of soap. Sits nicely on the side of the sink. Very convenient. Glad I bought two. Substantial product. Heavy weight to it. Doesn’t fall over or move around.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this sponge and soap holder. I always have TOO MANY pieces of sponges and soaps for various needs but I could never find one that SAVES SPACE and DRY OUT FAST. This is the perfect solution. The extremely high-quality acrylic really shines like a crystal and I found the price is really good especially comparing a typical small acrylic rack at the Container Store would cost over $40. The longer top shelf design is genius and water won’t drip onto the bottom shelf. I bought 3 more for all the sinks in my house. I’m super satisfied for this finding. Thank you Sysler!!!

We recently had our shower re-done and wanted a soap tray that could hold two different bars of soap that wouldn't take up too much space while being reasonably sturdy. This meets all of our criteria. We're very happy and would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for something substantial and not cheaply-made.
