Ahh, where to begin. I'm a seasoned hardware repair I.T. professional with 20 years of experience that has been using Mouse & Keyboard adapters on the original XBOX since 2004, so let's just say I know a thing or two about how these devices work. This is advertised on Amazon as working with Series X|S Xbox's. Let me be the first to tell you it does not work out of the box. Supposedly there is a firmware update you can download from iogear that will allow it to recognize 1704 model XBOX One controllers to work with newer xbox's. Let me tell you this is not the case. After the downloadable firmware update cannot even detect the device while it is attached so it can flash the new firmware (due to a USB HID device not plugged in error). Tried on 3 different Windows 10 computers and all display the same error so I know its not MY hardware causing the issue. Tried different USB cables & ports etcetera to no avail on any of the PC's. Got it to update via bluetooth syncing with my 2021 iPad Pro and voila! It updated. Did it allow the device to recognize my XBOX One 1704 controller? NOPE. So with the latest possible firmware it still does not work with XBOX Series X|S. Save yourself the headache if you're gonna try to use it with Series X|S Xbox because it just plain doesn't. The big red flag was when the packaging script never mentions compatibility with the X|S XBox. AVOID IF YOU ARE A NEW XBOX X|S USER. Shelling out for the half price GAMESIR VX2 , we'll see how that goes.

I have always used XIM dating back to ps3, so my standards were pretty high. Ive used tuact venom and cronus zen. I will definitely say that THIS Product was as On par if not better than the XIM. the zen was trash, and tuact venom was difficult to map with so many options.Pros - easy to map easy to update, and all configuration was done in minutesCons- lack of compatibility and optionsi dont use a keyboard, I always used a nav controller and a mouse. I wanted to get away from the nav controller because they are getting harder and harder to find. I wanted to use a xbox one controller because of the joystick positioning, but the product doesnt like 2 controllers and a mouse connected. I had to get use to having the ps4 controller in one hand and the mouse in another. which now isnt too bad, but i have to stretch my thumb out to work the joystick. I also had to buy grip so it wouldnt slip out of my hands.but over all its a great product. never a disconnecting issues, or any issues where it does a command that i didnt call

good for using crossover but. Has jitter issues with it, also is banned on siege and valorant and doesn’t have any sort of workaround for that

Hi,Just wanted this product is great. I was worried about buying something like this because I've been mainly a Pc gamer for years and now I've moved to console. After seeing mixed reviews I thought ill give it a try and was pleasantly surprised.After watching the tutorial online on how to set up the device I was gaming in minutes.I see others have had problems with either mouse or keyboard not being compatible or a firmware issue.Their websites list what's compatible and there is nothing wrong with the firmware from my own experience.The device has a phone app where you can upload game profiles of games without K&M support and if you don't like the mapped keys, you can change and mouse sensitivity.Now I can play fps on my Xbox series X and not be completely useless with my teammates, Thanks KeyMander

This adapter for this price is heavily slept on extremely easy to use pretty much plug and play lots of customization except for the leds only real thing you have to set up is your configs and play I will say however if you are willing to put up the extra money the xim matrix is better overall with a noticeable input delay difference and better overall

LIBK I play on PC all the time and I bought this cause I can’t play shooters on controller anymore I can’t pick up a feel anymore it’s gross. But bought this specifically to play with friends who can’t buy a pc. With that aside this product is horrible, I’ve had the worst experience dealing with this product. I bought this knowing it wouldn’t be a seamless integration of KB&M but it’s almost unusable in any practical use for competition as you can’t use any headphones in your controller to hear. To have sound through headphones you have to have an external port (another controller) that auto shuts off every 15 min so you have to restart the whole device and if you play a game with matches longer than 15min good luck staying in game. Played overwatch the time it took me to replug my KEYMANDER I was kicked out for inactivity. This as it is now is hot garbage and wouldn’t spend a penny on a another one of their products again after this. I sent an email describing my problems and have yet to get a response, I also received this product on 12/12 wrote an email same day, and i am writing this review on 12/28/21 so I can understand if there’s some holiday backup for support teams but 2 weeks and not even a “did you turn it off and on” is slightly frustrating. As of 4/14/2022 i have yet to receive a single email regarding my previous complaints horrible company horrible product 10/10 would NOT recommend.
