Had to slightly reduce to size 11.I am a regular walker, nothing too strenuous, but vary between 10/14 mile every Monday and am no spring chicken, but really enjoy our days out.Have suffered with really hot soles on my feet for some time, unsure if it’s plantar fasciitis, but extremely uncomfortable, especially at the end of walks.I only wear, North Face/Brasher etc but have always needed a better insole than what they come with.I have tried many highly rated sports insoles from £12 to £25 without much success.Bought these a couple of weeks ago and worn them twice and I found them to be excellent and for the price, brilliant.If I were only to get a dozen walks out of them I’d be quite happy.Just ordering another pair.Happy bunny, but not hopping

I need a firmer arch support for my feet as have osteoarthritis in my ankle as well as pronation and plantar fasciitis.

These are both comfortable and help support my arch. Just got over Plantar Fasciitis, hopefully these will help against reoccurrence.
