This serves my needs. I keep it in my truck for typing stuff down. It is very strong too.

Great for downsizing the gear
I do everything I can to minimize the bulk in my truck when I go camping - without sacrificing all the creature comforts I take with me. This stuff eliminated the hollow braid rope I'd always used to put an 18 x 24 tarp over my tent. It also works well with the large size Nite-Ize cam locks which were no good with the polypropylene hollow braid - too much slipping. It's a little tough to knot, but I think the strength of a rope this size overshadows that issue.
